If payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order or booking may not be completed.

6. Physical Books and Shipping

Physical books and other physical products are dispatched from South Africa.

Our usual processing and dispatch period is 2–5 business days after payment and order details have been confirmed.

This period refers to handling before dispatch, not the time required for delivery.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: To be confirmed and displayed at checkout or communicated before purchase.

Physical orders from our website are currently shipped to South African addresses only.

7. Digital Products and Online Courses

Digital products may be supplied through a download link, email, an online course platform or another electronic delivery method identified at checkout.

Books that arrive damaged during shipping may be returned in accordance with that policy, and we will arrange a replacement for an eligible damaged book.
